Our Work
As Justice Brandeis said years ago “Sunlight is said to be the best of disinfectants.” Transparency is a bedrock of our democracy. We have a robust investigatory practice, using public records requests and transparency laws to investigate, uncover, and expose wrongdoing at all levels of government. We also monitor instances in which special interests seek to push misinterpretations of federal or state law that are harmful people and communities.
