Our External Affairs Director Meg Uzzell sat down with former Deputy Secretary of Labor Chris Lu to talk about Democracy Forward’s work on the Bill Press Show. They talked about some of the major lawsuits we’ve filed against the Trump Administration this year, and what’s to come in 2019.

Chris highlighted our work to stop unqualified Mar-a-Lago members from unlawfully influencing Veterans Affairs policy behind the scenes, and to bring their actions to light.

After discussing our work to stop the State Department’s illegal, anti-immigrant change to public charge policy, the Department of Health and Human Services’ repeated attempts to unlawfully push an anti-evidence, abstinence-only agenda, and the President’s unconstitutional sabotage of the Affordable Care Act, Chris had some simple advice for the Trump Administration:
