Sean Ouellette

Senior Counsel

Sean Ouellette is Senior Counsel at Democracy Forward.

Previously, Sean was a senior attorney at Public Justice, where he litigated cases about civil rights in schools and access to justice. Before that, Sean was a senior litigation counsel at the law firm Sanford Heisler Sharp, where he litigated civil rights cases and class actions on behalf of workers and students.

Sean graduated from Harvard Law School and Harvard College and clerked for Judges O. Rogeriee Thompson on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, Mark L. Wolf of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and Lawrence E. Kahn of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. He is a member of the Massachusetts and District of Columbia bars.
