Ronald Gómez

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Ronald Gómez is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Democracy Forward.

Prior to joining Democracy Forward, Ronald worked on the Talent teams at Ingenuity Prep
Public Charter School and KIPP DC Public Charter School, where he supported staffing efforts
for both instructional and non-instructional roles. He was also a corps member with Teach For
America, teaching in Miami before transitioning to their national recruitment team.

Ronald earned his B.A. in International Studies from The College of New Jersey. He is
passionate about creating equitable hiring systems and fostering partnerships that empower
and support people in their workplaces.
