Pablo Moraga

Legal Fellow

Pablo Moraga (he/him/él) is a Legal Fellow at Democracy Forward.

Pablo graduated from Yale Law School in 2025. During law school, he served as Co-President of OutLaws (LGBTQ+ Affinity Group), Co-Communications Chair of La Sociedad of Latine Law Students (Latine Affinity Group), and Articles Editor for the Yale Journal of Law and Feminism. Pablo also worked as a Legal Intern for the Worker and Immigrant Rights Advocacy Clinic and a Research Assistant for the Global Constitutionalism Seminar. During his summers, he interned for the Democracy Program at the Brennan Center for Justice and the LGBTQ & HIV Project at ACLU National.

Before attending law school, Pablo worked as a Community Worker for the LGBTQ+ Program at California Rural Legal Assistance, where he advocated alongside low-income LGBTQ+ farmworkers to enforce their rights. He received his B.A. in Political Science, with a minor in Theater and Performance Studies, at U.C. Berkeley. He is originally from Southern California.
