Mya Pak is the Senior Advisor, Leadership and Professional Development at Democracy Forward. Mya is a people and culture leader with deep expertise in human resources, people operations, and organizational development. Throughout her career, she has helped mission-driven organizations build sustainable people infrastructure, develop effective leaders, and foster workplace cultures rooted in trust, accountability, and care. She has partnered with executives and managers through periods of organizational change and complexity, helping align people strategies with organizational values and mission.

Prior to joining Democracy Forward, Mya held people and culture leadership roles at Accountable.US and Indivisible Project and previously worked within leading legal institutions, including Williams & Connolly and WilmerHale. Drawing on experience across advocacy, nonprofit, and legal environments, she has helped organizations strengthen workplace culture, support leaders and managers, and create environments where employees and teams can thrive.
