Lindsey Arnold is the Finance Manager at Democracy Forward

Prior to joining Democracy Forward, Lindsey worked in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) at The Washington Post, supporting multiple lines of business. She brings over six years of experience across for-profit organizations and approaches her work with a focus on clear communication, strong working relationships, and ensuring alignment across teams. She believes strong financial stewardship plays a critical role in advancing organizational goals. Motivated by a passion for people and service, Lindsey is excited to transition into nonprofit, mission-driven work. She is particularly drawn to the opportunity to align financial strategy with meaningful impact and is interested in initiatives that promote equity, address systemic barriers, and provide access to education.

A Houston native and University of Houston alumna, Lindsey holds a B.B.A in Marketing and a M.S. in Finance.
