Jules Sofo

Program Specialist

Jules Sofo is a Program Specialist for Democracy 2025 at Democracy Forward.

With a career rooted in advancing public interest initiatives, Jules brings experience in policy and advocacy communications, stakeholder engagement, and project management. Most recently, Jules worked on USAID-funded programs at EnCompass LLC, and before that, led communications campaigns to promote clean energy policy and climate innovation. Throughout her career, she has worked with government, private sector, and nonprofit partners to drive coordinated advocacy efforts and communicate policy priorities.

Jules earned her M.A. in Government, Diplomacy & Conflict Studies from Reichman University and her B.A. in International Studies from the University of Michigan.
