Isabella Berger

Legal Assistant

Isabella Berger is a Legal Assistant at Democracy Forward.

Prior to joining Democracy Forward, Isabella worked as a paralegal at Ruggeri Parks Weinberg, a boutique insurance and bankruptcy law firm in Washington, D.C. She received her B.A. in International Relations from American University with focuses in human rights and the Middle East region. As an undergraduate student, Isabella spent a semester studying international law at Leiden University in the Netherlands, and worked across teams at the Darfur Women Action Group. She is passionate about post-conflict reconstruction and transitional justice.
