Emily Ross is Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to the President and CEO at Democracy Forward.

Emily comes to Democracy Forward following extensive Executive Branch service as Executive Secretariat at both the Department of Justice and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Emily has spent her career developing, maturing, and transforming critical organizational processes, including many years on Capitol Hill and for a variety of campaigns and organizations.

Emily holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University, School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts, also from Columbia University.
