Daniel Miller is a Democracy and Social Progress Fellow at Democracy Forward.
Since 2016, Daniel has done whatever he could to advocate for our democratic system of government and for civics education. He founded and organized the Society for Constitutional Protection for this purpose in New York. And most recently, he served as the Director of Content and Strategy at the pro-democracy organization, the Renew Democracy Initiative. He has also written on democratic and political issues for the press, including for the Washington Post, CNN, the Daily Beast, and others.
Daniel is a lawyer by training, clerking for a federal judge after law school. He has also dedicated a significant amount of time to pro-bono immigration work, including representing a man seeking asylum. Daniel is a member of the New York Bar.
Originally from Washington, D.C., Daniel has a Bachelor of Arts in Astrophysics from Princeton University, and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. Daniel resides with his wife in Philadelphia.
