Connor Kelly is the Traveling Chief of Staff at Democracy Forward.

Connor has been providing advance, assistance, and travel support to the Executive Office since mid-summer 2025 as a contractor. He brings 15+ years of experience managing high profile projects and executing large scale special events across a variety of sectors. He specializes in logistics, operations, principal management, and problem solving. Before joining Democracy Forward he managed major events as an Advance Lead on the Harris for President campaign and was the Deputy Director of Media Logistics for the 2024 Democratic National Convention.

He has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Hospitality Management from Saint Xavier University.
