Chris Porter is the HR Generalist for Democracy Forward. Prior to joining Democracy Forward, Chris served as Manager of People Operations & Experience at the Endocrine Society. In this role, he was responsible for the management and tactical execution of core HR functions including benefits, payroll, onboarding, and recruitment. Prior to the Endocrine Society, Chris’s background includes recruiting and training experience in the for-profit space.
Chris received B.A. degrees in Psychology & Sociology from the University of Tennessee. With a people-first approach, Chris is passionate about driving engagement and championing inclusion in a diverse workforce.
