Allison Price is a Senior Advisor at Democracy Forward.

She brings over two decades of experience in government, nonprofit, and advocacy sectors. She has managed complex communications and policy issues, navigating crises and adapting strategic objectives to fast-moving developments. Before joining Democracy Forward, Allison was a senior advisor at New America, where she led the Digital Impact and Governance Initiative. She focused on innovative research and collaboration aimed at tackling persistent challenges like access to public services, data transparency, and corruption. Allison’s career also includes serving as a senior spokesperson for the U.S. Department of Justice, where she handled high-profile issues such as gun violence, financial fraud, and the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund. She has held key communications roles with the Peace Corps, Obama for America, the Center for American Progress, Gillibrand for Congress, and Stonebridge International.

Allison holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MA from the London School of Economics.
