Aishwarya Swamidurai

Legal Assistant

Aishwarya Swamidurai is a Legal Assistant at Democracy Forward.

Prior to joining, Aishwarya received her B.A. from Princeton University, where she majored in Public and International Affairs. During her undergraduate education, Aishwarya interned with the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, the Brennan Center for Justice, the Office of U.S. Senator Richard Blumenthal, and other organizations, where she assisted attorneys and legislative staff on work related to voting rights, electoral reform, and justice policy. Aishwarya intends to pursue a career focused on civil rights and democratic engagement.
