Rachael Klarman is Legal Analyst at Democracy Forward, with a focus on health, labor and education.

Rachael joined Democracy Forward following her graduation from law school. Prior to law school, she was the National Director for Young American Outreach at Enroll America, a non-profit that coordinated outreach and enrollment in the Affordable Care Act. She has also worked on a number of electoral and issue campaigns.

Rachael is a native of Charlottesville, Virginia and holds a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in History from the University of Virginia.

As Legal Analyst, Rachael will focus on policy and research and will not be practicing law.
