Karianne Jones is Senior Counsel at Democracy Forward.
At Democracy Forward, Karianne has represented municipalities, non-profits, and individuals in litigation involving all facets of the Administrative Procedure Act and related statutes. She has argued cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, as well as dispositive and evidentiary motions before numerous U.S. District Courts.
Karianne graduated summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School. She served as Editor-in-Chief of the Minnesota Law Review. After law school, Karianne clerked for Judge Duane Benton on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
